Customer Care Caravan 2014

PT Senjaya Bersama Utama, together with

the product specialists and service engineers of Panasonic, visited various TV stations last September and October 2014 for the Customer Care Caravan.  New Panasonic products such as AV-HS6000 2ME Switcher and P2 cameras – AJ-PX270 and  were shown to and tried by the TV station’s cameramen and technical support team.  We were also able to service their cialis 5 mg old Panasonic cameras and made sure they were on tip-top shape, ready to be used for shooting.

Responsibilities:

  • To manage and control all daily, weekly, monthly and yearly activities in Finance & accounting Dept.
  • Provide Financial info in timely manner and make recommendation to Management for cost improvement and cash flow improvement.
  • Co-ordinate and prepare Budget in timely manner.
  • Prepare correct monthly financial package, summarize and other reports required  in timely manner.
  • Ensure transactions are correctly recorded in the books of account so that monthly Profit and Loss accounts reflects correct and fair pictures of operations and Balance sheet of state of affairs of the company.
  • Check Bank reconciliation of all Bank accounts of the Company every month latest by 3rd working days of next month.
  • Ensure that account payable amount are paid in time after proper verification and attaching supporting documents.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory requirements on corporate tax, VAT, employee tax and all other taxes , to apply for restitution of VAT maximum within one year and follow

    up to get refund in maximum here months.
